• Super-penetrating, permanent bonding technology for superior protection against efflorescence, picture framing, salt spalling, freeze-thaw spalling.
• Retains surface colour, finish and slip resistance if applied correctly.
• On outdoor surfaces, including natural stone, Stain Protector™ provides a very deep hydrophobic (water repellent) barrier which keeps water out of the pores near the surface of the material and reduces mould growth.
• Highly breathable, allows water vapor to escape freely, and limits harmful moisture buildup inside the treated material.
